2. We have all useful communications there:
Station and Sea-Port Belomorsk is central and connects Northern and October railways, having direct outputs on the cities of Murmansks, Arkhangelsk, Vologda, St.-Petersburg and Finland.
The Port of Belomorsk has an access track in length of 6 km., which connects the port to Belomorsk station. Motorways, with a circuit street in a southeast part of city, are connected with a highway Kola - St.Petersburg - Murmansk, being in 38 km distance form Belomorsk. We have electrical and technical waters supply as well.
Much resources are nearby: Arkhangelsk and Karelian timber (on which we have Licenses to cut), water, sand and stone-chips careers,mineral and fertilizer mines at Kolski peninsula, Ferrous Carriers at Kostomuksha-Karelia, Oil and gas fields including Stokman.
3. We have all kinds of support from Local Administration.
4. We have own Shipping walls and wish to restore the previous sea-port. We also plan to restore a big Saw-mill, standing there, Bio-energy pillets plant and Oil-terminal for our oil-products and some other Ventures.
5. General objective for the idea remains the deficit of any new Sea Ports areas for Russia and especially Sea Oil-Terminals
The Products produced or stored at this territory will be hot demanded by End-Users and Clients constantly because of the following reasons:
Oil,Gas, Coal and Oil-Refining infrastructure in North-West region of Russia,
The Timber works in North-West region and huge Wood resources in Arkhangelsk and Vologda regions, and in Karelia itself.

Fe-Mg Careers in Karelia, Sand and Stone-chips Careers there,
