Specification	Dear Sirs, we could deliver right away 11 x 40' French pine logs. See attached log list and pictures. Specie: French Pine (Pinus maritime), fresh cut, quality saw-logs Diameter: Min. 25 cm gross diameter and bigger. Diameter measured in the middle of the log over bark. Length: odd length 3 m – 11,80 gross length, mostly long length above 7-8 m (see photos) Scaling: Geometrical measured over bark without any allowance Dia in cm/2 x Dia/2 in cm x Length in m x Pi/10000 Quantity: ca. 330 m3 +/- 10% in 11 x 40’ container Price: EUR 98/m3 FOB– other ports upon request Documents: Commercial Invoice, Bills of Lading, Certificate of Origin Shipment: prompt – loading within 2 weeks after receipt of LC Payment: 100% irrevocable letter of credit at sight, to be opened by Prime Western Bank to DZ Bank AG, Frankfurt payable and negotiable at DZ Bank AG. Alternatively confirmed from a Prime Western Bank. Payment must be effected latest within 5 working days after first presentation of above mentioned documents.
