Specification	• Complete OSB plant with a rated annual capacity of over 400 million sq/ft. or 354,000 cubic meters. The plant includes the following major components: • WASHINGTON IRON WORKS 4' x 16' press with (24) openings and aluminum plate mat transfer system; (2) SCHENK Powder Resin Systems (or utilize the liquid as well). • SCHENK Mat Former with (4) Forming Heads; CARMANAH (CAE) Disc Strander with 1,250 HP main motor. • (2) COIL brand Blenders and (2) M-E-C 13x60 rotary drum dryers; FUJI & NICHOLSON Debarkers. • Emergency power system comes with the plant. 12-cylinder CAT-398T diesel engine. 1000KVA 600AMP KATO generator. - Power enough to run whole plant in case of loss of main electricity source. • This plant had earlier beginnings but most systems have been upgraded recently (1993 thru 2007).
